Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy I honor both your time and mine. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made more than 24 hours before your session may be rescheduled once at no charge. Cancellations made within 24 hours of your session are non-refundable, as I begin preparing for your reading ahead of time. If you are 10+ minutes late to your session, the appointment may need to be rescheduled at my discretion. Refund Policy Because intuitive work begins before we meet — energetically and through prep work — all readings are final sale and non-refundable once booked. If I ever feel we are not an energetic match or cannot read the situation clearly, I will cancel and refund you in full. Your clarity and comfort matter to me. No-Show Policy If you miss your session without communication, the session is considered used and cannot be refunded or rescheduled. For Written Readings I will give you a delivery window (usually 5–7 days). Once work begins, refunds cannot be issued. Thank you for honoring the energetic container we create together. 🤍
